Because all of the operators like "-" are removed, there is no way to represent negative numbers. Sorry. You might want to represent a negative number by using "N", e.g. 3-4=N1. Yes, it's bogus, but useful.
Making the equations make sense is the job of the user. The web site makes no checks of the equations.
Because of the processing that happens to the equations, if you have two equations that have all of the same numbers like "2+2=4" and "2*2=4", then the answer key will be a little off.
